1. Introduction

Welcome to MockVue ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. MockVue constitutes an "Interview as a Service" platform that connects job candidates seeking practice ("Candidates") with industry professionals ("Interviewers") for technical mock interviews.

2. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. For Candidates

• Payments: Services must be paid for in advance. Prices are displayed at the time of booking. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You may reschedule an interview up to 24 hours before the scheduled time free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable.
• No Job Guarantee: MockVue is a practice and feedback platform. We do not guarantee employment, job offers, or specific interview outcomes with any third-party company.

4. For Interviewers

• Independent Contractor Status: You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor and not an employee of MockVue.
• Payouts: Earnings are credited to your wallet upon the successful completion of an interview and submission of detailed feedback. Payouts are processed on a [Weekly/Monthly] basis.
• Professionalism: You agree to conduct interviews professionally, provide constructive and unbiased feedback, and adhere to the scheduled timings. Repeated no-shows or poor quality ratings may result in account suspension.

5. Code of Conduct

Both Candidates and Interviewers agree to maintain a professional environment. Harassment, discrimination, recording of sessions without consent, or sharing of personal contact information to circumvent the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

MockVue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service.
